Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Technician to support Heartful Care residents and families. You will supervise self-administration of medications, assist with ADLs, meals, and housekeeping, and provide compassionate interaction with residents under supervision.

You will help maintain a dignified, safe environment in daily activities and dining services. Must have High school diploma or GED and a Med-Tech certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Med-Tech certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADL's, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Interacts empathetically with residents, families, and staff.
• Observes health changes and reports to supervisor.
• Assists in dining room services and leisure activities.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and follows cleaning schedules.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and resident privacy.
• Participates in trainings and attends mandatory meetings.
