Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a healthcare support associate to assist residents with daily activities, meals, and hygiene while ensuring a safe and compassionate environment. The role emphasizes empathy, patient interaction, and teamwork in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent.
• Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification preferred/required.
• Experience in healthcare support roles and familiarity with HIPAA regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administration of medications for residents.
• Assist with ADLs, meal service, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Interact with residents, families, visitors with empathy and respect.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety procedures.
