Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic math with money and measurements.
• Knowledge of word processing software and electronic medical records.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and dining.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry assistance as needed.
• Monitor health changes and report to supervisor daily.
• Communicate with residents respectfully and empathetically.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
