Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help manage medications under supervision. You will support residents’ safety, dignity, and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

The role includes verifying vital signs, documenting changes, and collaborating with nurses to ensure high-quality care for residents across memory care and assisted living services.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and document changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Administer and monitor medications under supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe, and respectful resident environment.
