The position combines caregiving with medication oversight, including documenting treatments, restocking supplies, and coordinating with nurses. CNA/CPR certifications preferred; reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during the shift; check on residents.
• Observe and document symptoms/changes in residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
• Assist with continence management and meals as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, and guests.
• Perform resident laundry as assigned.
