Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support in a home-like environment for our residents in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will perform medication observation, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with nurses to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition (skin, behavior, alertness, weight, appetite).
• Respond to calls and notify supervisor or Health Care Coordinator of increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation in resident suites and restrooms.
• Help with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities; greet and assist all customers and team members.
