Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding and mobility.
• Measure and document vitals and daily weights in the EMR.
• Conduct purposeful rounding and communicate needs to RN.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of nursing area; assist with equipment.
