Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will join a dedicated team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support while fostering lasting relationships with staff and families.

The role requires current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably with the elderly.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly in paid or volunteer roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status accurately.
• Observe and report significant changes in health to care directors and family.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
