Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will join a team that values support and camaraderie and fosters long-lasting relationships with residents and associates.

Responsibilities include assessing resident status, reporting health changes, guiding Resident Care Assistants, coordinating with providers, and ensuring safety per state rules. A caring attitude and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises the daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses emergency systems appropriately.
