Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will join a team of dedicated colleagues whose support and camaraderie foster community and long-lasting relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, documenting status, supervising Resident Care Assistants, and coordinating care with community providers.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in health to care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in all job aspects.
• Coordinates care needs with providers via case management process.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Reports elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and call systems as needed.
