Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like community. You will join a team that supports residents and colleagues, fostering lasting relationships and a caregiving culture.

The position emphasizes accurate assessment, documentation, emergency response, and mentorship of nursing staff to maintain high quality resident care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; elderly care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports health changes to care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in their duties.
• Coordinates care with community providers through case management.
• Balances service needs with resident independence.
• Responds to emergencies and reports per local regulations.
