Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will join a dedicated team whose support and camaraderie help build community.

Responsibilities include assessing and documenting residents’ status, coordinating care with providers, mentoring assistants, and responding to emergencies per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Graduate of an approved LPN program
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred
• Experience with elderly residents desired

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in health to proper individuals per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in job tasks.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence support.
• Responds to emergencies and uses ERS and backups as needed.
