Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in De Smet, SD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will administer medications and treatments, perform appropriate assessments, document resident responses, and communicate clearly with the care team to support health, safety, and comfort.

Applicants must hold an LPN license; an associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN with state nursing board.
• CEU and competency trainings required annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
