Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the FT Dayshift. In this role, you will play a vital part in patient care, assisting in assessments and implementing treatment plans under RN supervision.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold current LPN licensure. The position emphasizes supporting vulnerable patients while offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including tuition assistance and wellness programs.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one-year clinic experience preferred.
• Maintain current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
• Obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision.
• Implement treatment programs directed by health care practitioners.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the beginning of each shift.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
