Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director, delivering on- and off-site clinical services to program participants.

The role includes injections, lab coordination, teaching wellness, taking vitals, coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers, and ensuring appropriate medical care for MAT participants. Residency in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement across service groupings.
• Oversees the implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients.
• Manages staffing levels, establishes cost control programs, and implements new programs/services.
• Establishes quality measures and standards for continuous quality improvement.
• Develops, maintains, and communicates departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
