Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift to support the nursing team and patient care.

Under RN supervision, the LPN will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, participate in care plans, and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on patient advocacy and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions, contributing to treatment planning.
• Implements treatment programs, administers medications, including IV therapy if certified, and performs diagnostic tests.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to codes or health emergencies within standard guidelines.
• Documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting and communicates effectively with staff and physicians.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality patient care.
