Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Fairview, MI, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. Positions available full-time, part-time, or per diem with day or night shifts.

Licensure as an LPN in Michigan is required, with CPR certification preferred. Compensation is hourly, with benefits and a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to resident dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical, assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care that supports residents physically, emotionally, and socially.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, person-centered care.
• Monitor changes in condition and implement physician orders.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing care planning.
• Guide nursing staff and support a safe, welcoming environment for residents and families.
• Support families during important healthcare decisions.
