Qualifications

• Current Michigan LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Nursing experience in skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, critical care, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical, assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care supporting residents physically, emotionally, and socially.
• Get to know residents, understand their unique needs, and tailor care to personal preferences and goals.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

• You'll provide hands-on nursing care that supports residents physically, emotionally, and socially.

• Some days you'll be providing comfort to a resident who needs reassurance.
• Other days you'll be supporting a family through important healthcare decisions, coordinating care with physicians, or identifying a subtle change in condition that prevents a larger health issue.
