Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will join a team dedicated to support, camaraderie, and lasting relationships with residents and associates.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, coordinating with providers, supervising CNAs, and mentoring lead assistants to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; elderly care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports any significant changes to care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and emergency response system.
