Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire in Londonderry seeks a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA caregiver to provide in-home, personalized care and support, helping clients maintain independence.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while documenting changes and working with a supportive team to ensure safety and comfort in clients’ homes. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Pass background check and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
