Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Hampton Falls team. You will provide personalized, high-quality in-home care, including personal care, meal support, and companionship, in clients’ homes.

The role requires prior home care or clinical caregiving experience, NH LNA/PCA certification preferred, and reliable transportation. We offer a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or clinical caregiving.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, report changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
