Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Greenland, NH team. This role focuses on delivering personalized in-home care, supporting clients in daily activities and promoting independence.

Ideal candidates hold NH LNA or PCA credentials, have home care experience, and demonstrate reliable transportation and strong communication. A caring, patient demeanor and ability to work independently are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
