Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire seeks a compassionate Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our in-home care team in Suncook, NH. This role focuses on delivering personalized care, supporting clients at home, and enhancing their independence and quality of life.

You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, monitor health, prepare meals, and maintain a clean, safe home environment while offering companionship to clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
