Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Danville, NH team. Provide personalized, high-quality in-home care to help clients maintain independence.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, health monitoring, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Preferred NH LNA/PCA certification and prior home care experience; reliable transportation and strong

Qualifications

Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time in home care.
Must pass a background check and meet state requirements.
Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene support.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety and independence.
Monitor and document health status, reporting changes to supervisors or coordinators.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding following dietary guidelines.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry and errands to maintain a safe home.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
