Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing in-home care team in Exeter, NH. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver personalized care to clients in their homes.

As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and provide companionship, with emphasis on safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care or clinical caregiving.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors or care coordinators
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding following dietary guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
