Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate LNA/PCA caregiver for part-time or per diem work in Suncook, NH. You will provide in-home personal care, support daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Applicants should have NH LNA or PCA certification (preferred), prior home care experience, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. You will work with a supportive team and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
