Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Hampstead team. This role focuses on delivering personalized in-home care to help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

The position requires current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred, with prior home care experience and reliable transportation. You will work under supervision with a supportive team, providing dignity, respect, and quality care to

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding following dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
