Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe.
• Follow menu cycle and note substitutions on proper form.
• Clean and maintain a neat, safe kitchen and food service areas.
• Comply with state sanitation codes.
• Maintain inventory, place orders, verify receipt and restock as needed.
• Ensure resident food preferences are known and followed.
