Regency Olympia Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and ensure inventory and supplies are managed efficiently. Training is available; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities include following menus, noting substitutions, complying with sanitation codes, and accommodating resident preferences in a compassionate caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers card required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Meet all mandatory health requirements by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve meals to residents within the scheduled timeframe.
• Follow menu cycle and note changes or substitutions on proper form.
• Clean and maintain a neat, safe working environment, including kitchen and food service areas.
• Comply with state sanitation codes.
• Maintain inventory control, place food orders, verify deliveries, and restock as needed.
• Ensure resident food preferences are known and followed.
