No Worries Care is urgently hiring multiple Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to provide high-quality in-home care for clients. You will support individuals with health and personal needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and independence.

The ideal candidate has experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health, with a focus on patient-centered care. This role offers meaningful work in a supportive, professional environment with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health, long-term care, or assisted living.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; ongoing training provided if necessary.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature).
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA guidelines.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Support memory care and individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments.
