Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, delivering person-centered care with empathy and professionalism. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and either hold a CNA or HCA credential, or are willing to obtain one.

The role focuses on daily living assistance, safety, and respectful engagement with clients.

Qualifications

At least 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of patient observation and reporting techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Support mobility, transfers and physical assistance as needed.
Prepare meals and meet nutritional needs, including special diets.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
Foster social engagement and companionship to promote well-being.
Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence.
Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to families or providers.
Provide care for geriatric clients, including dementia or mobility issues.
Collaborate with families and care teams for coordinated care.
