Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support individuals in their own homes, with a mission to enhance lives through person-centered care. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and preferred CNA or HCA credentials or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, mobility support, light housekeeping, and monitoring health changes, with emphasis on elderly clients and companionship.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, nursing homes, assisted living, etc.).
• CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with elderly clients is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping.
• Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members.
• Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including those with age-related illnesses such as dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care.
