No Worries Care is urgently hiring multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting individuals with various health and personal needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health environments, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ADL assistance in home or facility settings.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Experience with memory care or dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Give medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments.
• Use assistive devices to ensure safe transfers and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Perform light housekeeping and documentation of services.
• Follow prescribed care plans and document services provided.
• Support patients during social activities and promote engagement for well-being.
• Ensure safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures.
