No Worries Care is urgently hiring multiple compassionate Home Care Aides (HCA/CNA) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting individuals with various health and personal needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health environments, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice settings.
• Ability to monitor and document vital signs and patient status.
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with compassionate care.
• Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
• Provide medication reminders per care plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Prepare meals and offer nutritional support tailored to dietary needs.
• Support memory care for dementia and cognitive impairments.
• Use assistive devices (Hoyer/resident lifts) for safe transfers.
• Observe and report changes to the care team.
• Perform light housekeeping and document services provided.
• Support patients during social activities to promote well-being.
• Ensure safety protocols (CPR, first aid, infection control) are followed.
