Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to support clients in their own homes. Previous HCA/CNA is a plus but not required; training is available. You will learn to assist with ADLs, meals, medications, and dementia care while following care plans and HIPAA rules.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, weekends, overnights) and a supportive office team. Join us for meaningful, hands-on care and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice.
• Ability to notice condition changes.
• Hands-on compassionate ADL approach.
• Understanding of medication reminders and care plans.
• Dementia/arthritis/mobility experience a bonus.
• Good communicator.
• Physically able to assist with transfers.
• CPR/First Aid training a plus (training available).
• HIPAA/privacy respect.
• Open to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• helping with bathing/dressing/grooming/mobility
• medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA rules
• cooking meals and nutrition help
• caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's/memory conditions
• using Hoyer lifts for safe transfers
• watching for and reporting health/behavior changes
• light housekeeping
• accurate notes
• engaging clients in supportive activities
• and CPR/first aid/infection control basics.
