Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support individuals in their own homes, enhancing well-being with person-centered care. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience and either hold a CNA or HCA credential, or are willing to obtain one, with emphasis on empathy and reliability.

The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and collaboration with families and care teams to deliver coordinated care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HCA credential preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and meet nutritional needs, including special diets.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Foster social engagement and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance.
• Observe and report changes in client health to caregivers/family.
