AAA Advantage Home Care is seeking in-home caregivers in Portage, MI and the surrounding area. You may continue caring for a loved one while receiving compensation. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour; no prior certification or experience is required.

You’ll help with daily activities, prepare meals, provide companionship, and work with others to ensure the best support. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Currently provide hands-on care for a family member in need.
• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving training or certification is a plus.
• Understand caregiving challenges, both physical and emotional.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient personality.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful moments and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities
