AAA Advantage Home Care is hiring in-home caregivers in Wayne, MI and the surrounding area to help families stay independent. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour and no prior certification or experience is required. As a caregiver, you’ll assist with daily activities, meals, housework, and companionship, while keeping loved ones safe and comfortable.

Medicaid enrollment for the person you care for is required. This is a flexible, in-person role with part-time or full-time options and biweekly pay,

Qualifications

• Currently providing hands-on care for a family member in need.
• High school diploma or equivalent (caregiving training or certification is a plus).
• Understanding of the challenges, both physical and emotional, that come with caregiving.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient personality.
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Help your loved one with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom
• Prepare nourishing meals and offer feeding assistance when necessary
• Keep their living space clean, safe, and comfortable
• Be a steady source of companionship and emotional encouragement
• Notice and share any changes in their health or mood with healthcare professionals
• Work together with other family members and care providers to ensure they receive the best possible support
