Job summary

AAA Advantage Home Care in New Boston, MI is seeking in-home caregivers. You will assist a loved one with daily activities, meals, grooming, and safety, earning starting pay at $17.50 per hour.

No prior certification or experience is required; care for family members is welcomed. Flexible scheduling, biweekly pay, and both part-time or full-time options are available to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving training or certification is a plus.
• Currently providing hands-on care for a family member in need.
• Strong communication and a compassionate, patient personality.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful moments and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Help your loved one with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom
• Prepare nourishing meals and offer feeding assistance when necessary
• Keep their living space clean, safe, and comfortable
• Be a steady source of companionship and emotional encouragement
• Notice and share any changes in their health or mood with healthcare professionals
• Work together with other family members and care providers to ensure they receive the best possible support
