Job summary

AAA Advantage Home Care is seeking in-home caregivers in Washington, MI and surrounding areas. You will support a loved one with daily activities, meals, and companionship while earning $17.50 per hour. No prior certification or experience is required, but the person cared for must be enrolled in Medicaid.

This position offers flexible scheduling and biweekly pay, with options for part-time or full-time work. Training and caregiving resources are provided to help you thrive at home.

Qualifications

• Hands-on caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and compassion are essential
• Basic first aid/CPR knowledge is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals and assist feeding as needed
• Keep living space safe and tidy
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe changes in health and share with professionals
• Coordinate with family and care providers for quality care
