World Relief is seeking a Case Manager to support newly arrived immigrants under the PIR and PC programs. This hybrid role requires four days in-office and one day remote, with a mission-driven team focused on refugee and immigrant services.

Ideal candidates bring experience in case management, strong English communication, and cross-cultural sensitivity. A Christian faith aligned with our values is required, and multilingual skills are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for newly arrived immigrants under PIR and PC programs.
• Coordinate housing, benefits, health assessments, and school enrollment.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver wrap-around services.
• Ensure compliant program documentation and data reporting.
