Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Case Manager to support newly arrived immigrants under the PIR program and vulnerable immigrants under the PC program. The role is hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote, with focus on wrap-around care, housing, benefits and school enrollment.

The ideal candidate has case management experience, strong communication, trauma-informed care, and a mature Christian faith aligned with World Relief's mission. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief's mission.
• Experience in case management or related fields; refugee or vulnerable populations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and intercultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airport pickups and provide warm receptions to newly arrived immigrant households.
• Coordinate housing placements and basic needs provisioning.
• Assist clients with applying for Social Security cards, IDs, and benefits.
• Coordinate refugee health assessments with health departments.
• Facilitate school enrollment and orientation for children.
• Provide high-touch, personalized case management under PIR and PC programs.
• Ensure compliance and thorough documentation of client files.
• Collaborate with Programs Manager and volunteers to wrap-around care.
