Job summary

World Relief in Chicago seeks a compassionate case manager to support immigrant families with public benefits access, medical care, school enrollment, and referrals. The position is grant-funded through 6/30/2027 and requires coordinating with community partners.

Qualifications

• Commitment to World Relief's mission and Christian values.
• Spanish or Arabic bilingual abilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and connect families to services.
• Assist asylum-seeking families with public benefits like Medicaid, All Kids, VTTC and WIC.
• Orient participants to the healthcare system, arrange appointments and transportation.
• Provide education about living in Chicago and navigating local systems.
• Help schedule and attend appointments with social service and medical providers.
• Maintain accurate client files, case notes, and reporting records.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
