Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, restocking supplies, and collaborating with maintenance to ensure a welcoming community.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior housekeeping experience preferred and CPR/BLS certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, trash removal.
• Follow cleaning schedule for resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Collect and launder soiled linens according to policies.
• Fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry.
• Report supply and equipment needs to Supervisor and restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance to report and address repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families about care and wellbeing.
