Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospital within TriHealth seeks a Hospital Concierge to greet patients, families and visitors, provide directions, assist with wayfinding, and support nonclinical needs to ensure a smooth, compassionate experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or related service industry (Required)
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Hospitality Management Customer Experience and Customer Service (Required)
• Computer literate
• Articulate
• Professional appearance
• Participates in councils, committees, and looks for additional ways to S.E.R.V.E.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Responsibilities

• Acts as a team member of Guest Services and greets guests warmly, helping them find their destination.
• Coordinates service requests and communicates timeframes to customers and visitors.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor and represents the hospital well.
• Provides nonclinical support and information about hospital services and local resources.
• Serves as on-call notary for internal customers, patients, and visitors.
• Occasionally floats to other locations across the system to meet staffing needs.
