Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Nursing Aide to provide compassionate personal care for hospice patients in home settings. You will assist with bathing, grooming, and daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety for patients and families.

The role involves collaborating with supervising RNs to communicate patient progress and family needs, and adhering to state-specific CNA certification requirements. A valid driver license and CPR are required.

Competenze

• Minimum one year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility).
• One year direct client care in home health or hospice within last five years.
• Must be registered/listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Mansioni

• Assist with personal care tasks including changing bedding and clothing, bathing hospice patients, and maintaining wound dressings.
• Instruct family members on basic health-care routines while providing care.
• Consult regularly with supervising RNs to update on patient progression and family needs.
