Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Hospice Nursing Aide to support personal care for hospice patients in a home health setting. You will assist with daily activities, bathing, wound care, and comfort measures under RN supervision.

The role requires a valid nurse aide certification, one year of direct client care, and basic tech skills to operate mobile devices for care coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time direct client care in clinical or home health settings.
• Registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including changing bedding, clothing, bathing hospice patients and hygiene routines.
• Support families by guiding basic health-care activities and monitoring patient needs with RN supervision.
