Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide to assist with personal care for hospice patients in home settings. You will support daily activities, bathing, dressing, and hygiene, while coordinating with the nursing team to monitor patient status.

Requirements include a valid nurse aide registry in the state and ability to use mobile devices for charting and communication. Driving and reliable transportation are needed for home visits.

Qualifications

• One year of direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) OR one year in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting within the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks for hospice patients (bedding, clothing, bathing, hygiene) and support family members.
