A valid CNA certificate and CPR, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, are required; basic mobile-device skills and compliance with state/federal regulations are essential. The role also supports families delivering high-quality end-of-life care at home.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good condition.
• Must demonstrate basic technology skills for mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Maintain wound dressings and hygiene routines for hospice patients.
