Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide individualized massage therapy to patients and families, following the Plan of Care and collaborating with the Clinical Services team. You will perform assessments, document outcomes, and contribute to symptom relief and comfort in home-care settings.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to HIPAA, and participation in inter-disciplinary education programs, with a base hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapist License or Bodywork Therapist License in practicing states.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report and drug test.
• Valid State Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct massage therapy per plan of care under supervision.
• Assess patient and referral for appropriate medical indication and measure therapy effectiveness.
• Document sessions and coordinate notes within patient records.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
